The first job I ever had: The first job I ever had was as a nanny. It taught me a lot of patience.
Why did you decide on joining the dental field? I decided to join the Dental field because at a young age, I got into an accident, which led me to have trauma to one of my teeth, and I found myself in a dental office a lot. So throughout my childhood, my smile was very important to me, and I was very discouraged about my smile until my early adult age. I got an implant, and I told myself I can see myself making a difference by expressing my experience to others. Going on 10 years, and I can honestly say I made the best decision. Having a passion for dentistry really made a difference for me.
Hobbies and Interests: I have many hobbies. I love to travel and embrace everything the world holds. I also like to bake bread, and I’m very artsy. I love to make art pieces out of epoxy resin.
What is something people don't know about you? Something people wouldn’t automatically know unless they ask about my scar is that I stopped breathing in my mom‘s stomach while she was pregnant with me. The doctors told my parents I wasn’t gonna make it. My parents fought to get me transferred to a better hospital; they gave my parents some hope, it wasn’t a high chance, but it was enough for my parents. 34 years later, I am as strong as ever.
What is your favorite food? Lastly, my favorite foods are pizza, tacos, and Shawarma wraps.
