Why did you decide on joining the dental field? I had taken a job as a patient services representative at a dental office when I first moved to Chicago. The intention was to take that job while I looked for something semi-permanent in the theater world. Then a pandamic hit 7 weeks after my first day on the job. 6 years later and I'm very happy I stayed in dental admin taking care of my clinical team and patients
